New Year's Eve is just a few hours away, and resolutions seem to be everywhere.

We recently polled some of our service providers to see what they're resolving to do for their businesses in the new year. We got a wide variety of responses–everything from vowing to advertise and market more to improving customer relations to training their employees to be responsive. All excellent resolutions, which should (I hope) lead to improved service for Angie's List members.

I'd like to hear from you, too. What would you like to see service providers resolve to do?
