Valentine’s Day is next Thursday and you can’t keep from hearing comments about it around the office. My husband treats me to flowers (delivered to the office) every Friday, so I get to celebrate once a week – but it is still great to see my co-workers get excited around this time of year.

Of course, this holiday has as many naysayers as it has proponents, and possibly an equal amount of people who don’t care one way or another. One that stands out is Cheryl, whose anniversary happens to be February 14. She has said that she “didn’t realize” she was getting married on Valentine’s Day, but I have a sneaking suspicion she has had that date in mind since she was a little girl.

Cheryl also claims that she isn’t a very romantic person, so we have decided to come up with a Valentine’s Day miracle for her. Post your suggestions we will see if we can get Mr. Cheryl to surprise her.
